Every shirt is a special order

Your ticket goes up, the press heats, and the shirt gets grilled. Orders ship within 2-5 days. Then 3-7 days as USPS runs it out.

You'll get tracking to follow your order all the way to your door.

Returns:

If it turns up damaged, defective, or just not the shirt on the ticket, that one's on us. We'll remake it or refund it. Same as a plate that comes out wrong: you don't have to make a case for it.

The particulars:

  • Damaged or defective: full refund, no questions.
  • 30 days to tell us.
  • Unworn, in the shape it arrived in.
  • Email hello@umamitees.com - it lands in front of a person.

If something's wrong, let us know. The whole point is a shirt you reach for on purpose.

Care Instructions

How to keep it your favorite

Garment-dyed cotton is like a cast-iron pan: a little care up front and it’ll outlast most of your closet.

  • Wash cold, inside out. Heat pulls the color, and inside out protects the print.
  • Use gentle detergent. Skip bleach and fabric softener.
  • Wash it on its own the first time. Garment dye lets go of a little color early on.
  • Hang dry if you can. It won’t shrink, and you get more time for a snack. If you use the dryer, choose low heat and take it out as soon as it’s done.
  • Never iron the print. Turn it inside out or use a pressing cloth.
